@sonjasteiner,
Good, comfy place to sit down. Room temp being 70 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit (give or take). Free (good quality) booze and snacks would be pleasantly surprising.

@sonjasteiner,
A clearly marked and readily accessible exit is high up on the list.

@sonjasteiner,
Bags of free (no conditions applied) money would also be appreciated as well.

At least a couple of windows to allow natural light and air in.

Water feature, preferably running like a fountain or waterfall. This can be created in any setting. And lots of plants, trees, vines. Nothing fake.

@sonjasteiner,
A sofa with good padding for my bottom and my back.
Room temperature 80 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit.
Very gold soft drink.
Something to snack on.
A television.

Liquid gold sounds pretty dangerous to imbibe.

@tsarstepan,
Oops. I meant very cold drink. Liquid gold might give me a really bad case of Diarrhea. Smile

No outside noise. I'll make my own noise. Comfortable couch with good support and a place to put up my feet. TV and a remote that works. A good book with good lighting. Snacks, mostly chocolate.

...and a mixed red and black wall to wall carpeting with double padding!

While we're at it, 7 foot high bookshelves lining 1/2 the space filled with books of all types (so my interest is continually held).

...and Cheetos and diet Dr.Pepper.

@Sturgis,
must have a walk-in hearth firepalce and an in- wall sound system with extreme HS internet.

A HUUGE overstuffed sectional couch and a drawing table with an overhead light bar

I’m not sure why my first thought is: I want to know where the exit is, and I want clear access. Always my first consideration.

Everybody mentions a comfortable temperature—me, too.

Older age has made seating requirements for comfort pretty exacting; I need a soft recliner. My feet need to go up after work.

I don’t think I’d be comfortable without a window.

WiFi and a device or other reading material, lighting.

Minimal.

@Lash,
dont worry bout exits. Id have all kinds of weapons handy nd anyone who enters without being family or is otherwise welcome, is the one who has the exit problem and had better have said a perfect act of contrition.

Protection from space-radiation is a must.
Would require a place to exercise to maintain muscle mass and bone density.
Some sort of job to do in space to defeat boredom.
Lots of something to read.
