they haven't blocked my ip add but sometimes when i typed the url of the website , that msn search things shows up and says the website doesn't exist... why is that so???
Check your DNS server settings are correct, however generally these are set to automatic and will be set by your ISP when you connect to the internet. It may well be that your ISPs DNS server isdown, check their website and see if there is a service status section.
