I'm done...just the acoustic stuff...my last rock show is Feb 4......it's been a good long fun time....you're all invited to Raleigh for the show.....I'll put everyone on the guest list....
Seriously?
Wow...fun ride while it lasted I'm sure.
I played in my mothers band in 1960..that's how long I've been at it....full and part time...the club scene is unhealthy and I'm tired of trying to keep a group of adults acting like adults all the time...the acoustic stuff becomes more and more appealing to me..good money...travel light....
Don't blame you Bear. I'm done with deafening PA's too.
dja ever hear peddle steel without some kws? sounds like a solid iron resonator.
Your last tune oughta be
"The next time Im in town" ---
Aw, Bear, that's too bad, but it must have been fun!
BPB
BPB, have you ever considered starting a steel drum band?
BBB
Well, I'm glad you atleast had a good time through the years, Bear. As we get older, we all mellow and things that use to be a blast just don't seem so fun anymore. I know you gave many people tons of pleasure over the years and you will be remembered :-D
Entering the sunset years Bear joins the senior circuit, regaling aging boomers at assisted living facilities.

A world icon retires....
Glad you enjoyed the ride! :-)
Well, Bi. I heard your song about the heart. Can't remember the title exactly, nor find the thread, but it was really, really good. Nice guitar as well, so I wouldn't be too sad about dem shoes. That ehBeth does a lotta stuff for us folks here.
