@alphabeta,
oh my

well - since I think gas and oil are significantly underpriced, we're not going to have anything to chat about Smile

adios!

@alphabeta,
Well Done!
Nice to see someone paying attention.
It occurs, naturally - Nothing to do with organic decay.

But not a lot of people know this.
Because they accept what they're told, without question.

@mark noble,
Feel free to be introduced to other 'realities' at your leisure.
pm me anytime.
But I don't frequent this place beyond the wintertime.

Well done!

@mark noble,
jever see a crude oil play? ever see the chnnel or basin in which its in?

An extremely small portion of gas is produced via CO2 and alredy exiting methane (There yer problem).

Remain stubbornly ignorant, you aint hurting anybody (course you aint helping anybody either)

A driller named Hayseed Johnston trid to prove the abiotic oil myth by searching in non sedimentary basins. He found gas in a serpwntin leans and it was all because of fatty acids produced by archaea and bacteria.
Why not buy some stock in n biotic oil compny wellfield.(There re two of these tht I know of. One of which was "Seeding the field" with C2H6 which could be DNA fingerprinted and the isotopes of C12/C13 showed it to be biologic sourced.

See, the scientists arent as dumb as you make you buds believe. It is you, Im sad to say, who are the dim ones. But you keep saying the same dumb bumper stickers without ever reading some rel petroleum engineering

@farmerman,
How old is the Sphinx - Taking into consideration the Saltwater-weathering around its' compound?
'Minimum' age will suffice.

@farmerman,
Thanks - Mr Specialist.
It has everything to do with this thread.

How could a certified geologist not want to determine such an obvious fkup...?
Because their 'holy-book' of rock-bollux certifies... otherwise?

Cheers!
Tatty-bye.

@farmerman,
You know what I'd like about you, FM - If you'd put the manual down and make the evidence available in its own right - And NOT dismiss it because "IT DOESN'T FIT" The ....'MAINSTAY'.

Prove they are what you say they are - Without 'ACCEPTED' science?

If I thought you had any geological insight, FM - I'd hit you with 'biggies'.
But, I don't.
persuade me, please?

@mark noble,
All oil deposits contain remnants of mini and microscopic creatures that are "baked" in specific temp ranges to affect formation f fatty acids and esters and other complexer long chain aliphatics.

@farmerman,
Would you dismiss a 'link' that proves 'otherwise'?
