Should it be 'at around' instead of 'around'?

The doctor lodged a police complaint around 4pm and officers from the Tanglin Police Division recovered the stolen car abandoned in Scotts Road, near Newton MRT Station, within 30 minutes of the report.

Should it be 'at around' instead of 'around'?
