" Your not fat...your the perfect size". The person who wrote this sentence explained these words were said from her boyfriend who was trying to help her to understand that she wasn't out of shape and she should stop feeling herself fat, once her height and weight were suitable to her age. So, my question regarding the sentence is," your not fat... your the perfect size", the word "YOUR" placed this way might be considered correct?

You have used the possessive your when you should have used you're (you are).

The correct placement would be you're. The contraction of you and are.
