Denzel Curry's Ultimate female cover?

Does anybody know if there is a cover of Ultimate, by Denzel Curry done by a female singer?

My boyfriend and I are fans of the song and he's said he would prefer a female cover, as well as an Arabic cover since it's his first language.

I myself have been looking to mix up our music listening life so I'm also curious as well.

Does anybody know if either of these covers exist?
