So before I broke up with my ex he was texting this girl; that he was tryna come join her and get in bed with her. Seven months later they are together. You think they been talking? She knew he had a family and girlfriend . We broke up and he went on to talk to her

He's your ex. Stop caring about what he does. Since you say he had a family - do you have kids together? Then worry about coparenting with him but not about anything else. That's all that matters.

He's still your ex, but he is still your child's father. Unless he is doing something which harms or neglects your child, then what he does in his spare time is none of your concern.

He is in a new relationship. How he got there really isn't your business.
His parenting activity is of meaning to you. The rest of his life is off-limits to you.
You seem to be wondering how he could just get up and leave you and the child (the family.)
He was messing around when you were still together. HE was the one who led her to believe that he was free from all obligations. So don't blame her. He is either a cheater or you thought there was more there than he did.
His obligation is to the child's welfare. Hopefully his name is on the birth certificate so you can receive financial compensation.
Other than that, .... he gone.
