Any child born after August 31 2002 can benefit.

Badboy- It is very difficult to respond to your threads, when you do not offer sufficient information.
The idea is that Parents,grandparents etc can contribute up to£1,200 a year into a trust fund which is avaible at the age of 18.

Except for Epolitix site,all links seems to go back several years.
Why is it a scheme, rather than a plan.
Perhaps Plan/Trust Fund would ba a better phrase.
