Mr. Green Seed

littlek - I am new at this too. 2 days ago I got my haircut:
I went from very long to a similar cut as yours, just a
bit shorter. I have a big round brush where I curl the
hair around and hold the blow dryer against it. The hair
flipps out nicely then, wheras my hair is so straight, it
doesn't hold that long <sigh>

But i am agreeing with the rest of the thread..

Hmmm - see why k thinks it blah.

I think a little layering - and you can have it all wild!

A little gel or mouse on wet hair - get your blow dryer - turn head upside down - blow and scrunch - and toss and such.

I have been becoming allergic to various things and some of those things have been different hair products. I'm wary about using them.

Dlowan - it IS layered.

Hmmmm.... well, maybe I'll send my stylist an email.

Old trick from my gramma you could use since you are allergic to alot of other products.
OLIVE OIL.
hehe. yeah, she used to use it on the ends of her hair to keep them form splitting. She had long thick beautiful hair. She was cherokee indian. ( she is where i get MY hair )
just a DROP rubbed over your fingers, pinched on the ends offers a little ' weight' stops fluff and gives your ends a little strength...
dunno.. maybe it would work for ya?

Olive oil! Nope, not on my hair. But, you did remind me that I used to use lemon juice on my hair as a fixative type thing..... maybe lemon juice'd work.
