I read the DaVinci Code this summer and thought it was an amazing book.
The thing is: I am solving a quiz that has to be finished this thursday and one of the questions is about the DaVinci Code.
But I can't remember reading it in the book and the problem is: a friend is borrowing my book right now so I can't look it up either.
I hope you can be of some help
The question is: Who is named by Dan Brown as the favorite for the part of Robert Langdon in the movie?
It must be somewhere in the book, and if I'm remembering it well, it was something like a joke between the maincharacters. I thought they were saying something like :"well our story could be made into a movie, I could be...." Something like that.
I know Tom Hanks is going to play Robert Langdon but was he named in the book already by Dan Brown himself???
Can somebody please help me out before thursday! Thank you SO much
For some reason Harrison Ford sprang to mind.
I dont remember that being discussed in the book.
I decided to turn the page corner down if I found something mind boggleingly explosively interesting so I could go back to them, I managed to fold down most of the pages but I dont think I folded the corner of that conversation.Sorry.
Its gona bug me too now.
I heard Harrison Ford too somewhere else, but nobody is sure and I still haven't found anyone who knows exactly on which page it is written!!
Because that would solve everything
The only bit I can think where that conversation would have taken place is mid book when they were on their way from the bank to (I think)teablings place.Wernt they crammed in something on wheels?
Il have a look tonight, itl be my challenge for the day.
Oh thank you that would be great!!
Soz, had time for a skim read of half the book last night. It mentioned the BBC in places but couldnt see any conversations about who would play him.
Good luck.
The answer is definately Harrison Ford. Brown is describing what Robert looks like and says Harrison Ford in harris tweed. Hope this is not too late. Good luck.
