finally made the move to the coast. Bought a house on the sound side of topsail Island . we're here a year in a couple of weeks. Semi retired in theory but still working all the time. squinney, as many of you may know, lost the majority of her sight a couple years back and is legally blind, so I'm also the chief transport for her and bi-polar cub. The lion's share of my work is right here on the Island. Lots of destination weddings . We love it here . Lots of walks on the beach. This area is bright red Trump and GOP country, so I keep my mouth shut and my head down where politics are concerned. They gave a 67 year old man a 30 year mortgage. Starting to get a few of the suspected old man pains and issues, but still hit the ground running every day and keep a full schedule that includes the gym so no complaints. We're very happy. I'd post an image but I don't remember how to do it. Happy Thanksgiving to all. Except that blatham guy. I don't remember him.

One of the finest and least remarked upon pluses of getting old is that it takes no effort at all to forget stuff.

You lean back a bit to see the headlines on the rags by the checkout and people become middle alarmed the old man is about to fall. Just a slight sampling of the indignities.
