Hard "vein-like" cord under the head of my penis?

Hello,

I've had this weird hard "vein-like" cord under the penis of my head for about a month now and decided to check out what you think.
It doesn't hurt or cause me any discomfort. Not during urinating either.

My brief searching on the internet told me that this might be a "lymph channel inflammation", however no picture looked like my problem.

I am 18 year old, a virgin and masturbate regularly (1x - 2x/ day)
