Can surgeons actually make this much? (read below)

Tell your friend that Forbes says the top paying medical speciality is orthopedics, at around 460,000 dollars.

lol forbes is so full of ****.Don't look at those online surveys.lol. They're too inaccurate.The income depends on a lot of factors, and most orthopedic surgeons i know make WAY more than that. In fact, the lowest paid orthopod i know makes like $700k.

If you are so clever and knowledgeable, why are you hanging around on a site like this? And how come you are such a potty mouth, if you know so many grand folks?

Especially as opposed to this friend of yours.

Most doctors I know may gross in the millions, but their net comes down after all their expenses are paid. There are insurance, rent, equipment, employees, etc .
