i use work hours to make all my personal appts and phone calls. works well for me as long as the boss is out.

Boss walked out for good 2 days ago, along with 3 other employees, so corporate is down and everyone is in a meeting. The place is dead due to a snowstorm, so it is very boring, and without a boss, they have given me no work to do, except answering the phones.. yawning loudly now!!

I was tempted to lay my head back and take a little nap cuz boss is out today but then i was afraid that someone might walk by my office, see me through the window, think I was dead, break the door down and come racing in, scaring me half to death so that I wet my pants. Then I'd have to explain to my boss why my floor was ruined and the door was broken. Wouldn't want that.

I got these little Snickers bars jumping out of the jar downstairs and running all the way to my second floor office...now I have to eat them. Yummy!

Sad part is I look forward to going back to work on Monday morning to take a break from running round all weekend
Can't say I m bored at work always something happening, But coming here breaks the grind of the day,
I call it a mental break.
