Unknown low budget superhero movie c. 1970

Around 1970(?) I saw a very low budget movie about a Batman/Robin type duo. It was extremely low budget. They built a supercar/batmobile car out of an old Chevy station wagon, complete with blades that sprung out from beneath the doors ( to damage the villain's car I suppose). It was NOT a "version" of Batman or any other known super hero; the characters apparently were developed solely for this movie. Any ideas?
