OK so i found out my 13 year old sister is dating a 17 year old boy and I don't know what to do because she keeps asking me for advice and I don't know what to do. Can someone please give me an answer?

That is a very, very big age gap for a 13 year old.
Your parents need to get involved.

Our parents died 2 years ago so technically i'm her legal gaurdian.

Under age 18? Surely you have or had adults working with you. Nobody gives legal guardianship to a 15 year old.
Let the 17 year old know that a 13 year old is jail-bait.

Oh shoot I just realized the OP isn't necessarily 17. My apologies. Punkey's right. 13 is jail bait and the 17 year old needs to lay off, pronto.

i have and he said he knows and has done his research he knows that as long as he doesn't cross any lines or do anything sexual he is good because by all technicalities there is no such thing as illegal dating
