Has anyone experienced Merlyn the Magician?

In your near death experience, did you encounter Merlyn the Magician or a man who resembles him? He appeared twice in mine; once in his cape and hat, etc. and once dressed in normal clothes. He gave me much insight into my life. I haven't found anyone else who has experienced him, so far. Thank you!
