Hi I had a few questions about my lumps. They started appearing in my neck about a month ago. When the lumps are appearing they hurt but after a few hours the pain of that grown lump goes away. I’m really worried about this so please help me out.

make an appointment so your doctor can examine your lumps...
Googling symptoms/asking advice on the net is no way to find peace of mind. It's more likely to be the opposite, finding something that compounds your fears and makes you believe you're not long for this Earth.
It's probably nothing, but RP is right, see a doctor, get a proper answer as opposed to a load of guesses in blind alleys.
