Does anyone know if Patsy Cline ever sang “The Last Waltz”. The only related song I see online is by Eli Humperdinck, which is the same song but my mother swears Patay Cline also sang it. I want to find it on cd or somewhere to get for her because it reminds her of her father. Please share any info!

The only information I have on it would likely preclude Patsy Cline from having sung or recorded it. It was written somewhere during the mid to late 1960s and unfortunately, Cline had died in March of 1963.

Englebert Humperdinck did record it in September of 1967.

Patsy Cline had a recording and hit song Tennessee Waltz.

I don't recall much of her looks. I didn't think she was good looking, but loved her singing voice. I do recall her lifestyle was interesting.

Don't worry! I work with a woman called Patsy and every time she gets an email starting "Dear Pasty" she prints it and pins it on the notice board. There are quite a few.
