I'm Suffering Greatly.

Yes, I'm 14. But I'm abnormally Up and Down. Had been experiencing Extreme low moods from November - July. Since then Spikes of Hypo-mania, Which haven't even been that enjoyable or lasted very long. Irritable, Depressed too. Like Rapid Cycling and In A mixed state. Severely Depressed but also Elated right now. I haven't been sleeping, I feel like sleep is such a waste of time. I usually become so tired then a huge High Burst for most of the day. Impulses destroying my Life. And Just overall confused on whether this is Bi-Polar moods or not. Please Help. I'm very Confused.
