I always work overtime and just a week ago, I experienced fatigue from overwork. Can anyone tell me the best drink for health to help me stay active and relieve fatigue and stress? Thanks!

@vargasjamesx,
Chocolate milk. Preferably with Twinkies, but those little white donuts work.

@roger,
'Terestin' Rog you say that since I've felt listless now some 20 years. I take meds for blood press, rate, and stuff like that but actually think the sluggishness a side effect of them oldies

@vargasjamesx,
Coconut water is all the rage these days.

Really though. Plenty of water, avoid sugar and caffeine, get some sunshine and exercise, and sleep.

@roger,
I curl a 25 lb. weight 50 - 60 times ( don't want to wear out my elbows )
Is that pretty healthy?
