Does this guy like me?

Does dis guy like me? V hardly meet 4 times in an year. And chat occasionally. He is in d team of Dr to whom my case has been assigned. Being in his team dis guy goes out of d way 2 help me which no other doctor does 4 his patient. He even remember the details of our previous conversations. 2day suddenly he even sent a mail stating his recent achvmnt. I congratulated him & asks him 2 party wid his colleagues. I never asked for a party 4 myself but he asked me to tell him when I would like 2 have a celebration. Once he even told me a bit about his family. He is so confusing, doesn't revert when I expect but does when I don't expect at all.
Need help guys, bcz I kind of like him.
