A Grenfell Tower fake witness relates how she saw a woman drop a baby from the ninth floor of the Grenfell Tower, and how it was caught by a gentleman at ground level. This cannot be true, for the baby would have been moving at around 50mph.

@alphabeta,
Well . . . maybe the baby first hit a windowsill on the eighth floor which broke its fall somewhat. And then maybe it hit the windowsill on the seventh floor which slowed it down some more. Yeah, maybe the wind was blowing directly at that side of the building, helping to blow the baby into most of the protruding windowsills all the way down to the gentleman's arms. The baby was probably travelling at only twenty miles per hour after hitting so many windowsills on the way down. So as you can see, there's always a logical explanation for the seemingly impossible.
It's widely believed to be a fake story, or an invention by a confused bystander.
