Wow, that does sound pretty crappy. Let's hope my night is better than yours is looking like it's gonna be.

I'm not screwed for plans yet though. I can still just skip the whole thing and go to bed at 8 PM. Hmmm...

Well you two, Boston and NYC are not so distant.
Why don't you two celebrate together?

Yeah, New Haven is nice.
Get a suite in a good hotel and see what the evening
will bring.

I couldn't do it. I have needy animals and NYE isn't a good night to find a a cat-doser.

Hey, I really don't have that much porn! Honest! And I only break it out on special occasions anyway. Like New Year's Eve, or something.

I barely remember New Year's Eve as a holiday. I'm working it every year, including this one. Sad Christmas, however, I take off. Shopping was easy this year, I just bought all my needy friends whatever organs they needed off eBay.

First, I have a question. Has Festivus become a real thing? Like if I go to Hallmark are there cards to send? What?

Christmas is for children, New Years Eve's for grownups.

Eva's the lucky one.
