Please recommend the best tracks by Cypress Hill.
My favorite is their spanish version of Insane in the Membrane (Loco en El Coco) but I don't remember any of the titles to their other hits.
I would highly recommend getting the first two albums, Cypress Hill and Black Sunday. There are no really bad tracks on either. If you like their Spanish stuff, which I do as well, they released an album Los Grandes Exitos en EspaƱol where Loco en El Coco comes from. It also has two classics from the Cypress Hill album, Latin Lingo and Tres Equis.
Any specific tracks to recommend?
I like Stoned is the Way of the Walk, from the first album, Hits from the Bong, When the **** Goes Down, A to the K, and We Ain't Goin' Out Like That, all from Black Sunday.
From the first album:
How I Could Just Kill A Man
and
Hand on the Pump
and
Light Another
Ssssssooooo Good!
I've forgotten how good that first album is. It takes me back to seventh grade basketball practice! That's when I was really digging hip-hop.
Thanks for reminding me, Craven.
Thanks Gargamel. I remember liking How Could I Just Kill a Man and will also make sure to sample the others.
Pick it, pack it, fire it up, come along and take a hit from the bong...
I had lots of fun listening to that one. Their earlier stuff is the best. Their newest CD is OK. Dont bother with the one before that though.
