HIV is surprisingly difficult to get from having vaginal sex a single time. Of course it is possible. But, it is very unlikely to get the virus from a single time having unprotected sex even if you if you know that your partner has the virus.
It is also unlikely that the woman had HIV most women don't (if she is a sex worker the chances are higher). And, you did use a condom.
The answer is, you should get tested. HIV testing is available in most places now and especially if you are worried, it wouldn't hurt to get tested. But it seems unlikely that you have HIV. If you do, of course you will want to know and start treatment.
People get sore throats all the time, and most of the time it has nothing to do with HIV.
