Please, I need to know the correct form <skip lunch, run out of lunch> that I may use in this case.

More information is needed.

To skip lunch is to just not eat that meal, for whatever reason.

To run out of lunch could mean getting up from eating and leaving the room or possibly not having enough food supplies to prepare the meal.
