comparing regression coefficients of subsamples within same dataset

Hi,

I have conducted several regression analyses to test the predictive validity (job satisfaction & turnover intention) for a new screener instrument on organizational culture. My sample consists of minority and majority members, and I want to see whether I can support my claim that minority members are more personally affected in my research.

I now know I have to use the method of Paternoster (1998) to determine the z-scores, but I'm rather lost on how to continue right now, on how to report the differences. The formula is as follows;
Z=β1−β2/√((SEβ1)2+(SEβ2)2)
Now I can get the z-scores, but I could really use some help on how to report this, since it is unlike any z-tests I have done so far. Any help would be appreciated!
