For 22d (Informal Language) I have Colloquial.
For 56a (Yoghurt Ingredient) I have ?I?Y. I'm sure the answer should be Whey but the "I" is coming from Colloquial, and I can't think of any other word for either of the two clues.

Colloquial is not Informal Language - Colloquialism is - informal languaue is Vernacular - seems to me Colloquial mau]y not bee the right answer - take it out and put whey in and work from the other side is my only suggestion without having the actual crossword as I am in Australia and our latest is 335 and I have just completed 334. Cannot recall that clue.

Just came to me where did you get the "Y" from as Yogurt ingredient is Milk so your "Y" should be a "K" - possible ??
