Looking for a song....help

I heard a song on the radio I liked but for the life of me I can't find who sings it or what the name of the song is. The chorus goes something like this:
"You don't need to bother, I don't need to breathe, I'll keep slippin' farther and once I die you won't stop till it bleeds."

It's a newer song like 1999 or 2000ish.... I'd really like to figure it out. Thanks...
