Hi Everyone
I'm new to the forum
I am currently setting up a Facebook shop. I've uploaded pictures of the items i am selling but when i try to edit them they won't edit and if i try to save the changes it just "buffers" until it times out
I've tried Facebook Help but i find it useless to be honest

Then I suggest editing the photos elsewhere (Gimp is a free photo editing software) before uploading.

Thanks...Tried that but wouldn't upload to Facebook once i had done it
Think it would be best to get to the bottom of the problem rather than trying to go round it

that sounds like you either changed the image to a file type that FB doesn't support, or possibly it just timed out during the load...
you may never get an answer from FB, so it's better to try a workaround...

I'm going to try it on my daughters laptop to rule out my PC
I know what you mean about FB , Impossible getting anything out of them
