Rice with black-eyed peas and pork meat.
Any other night of this week I would have said nothing.

I had steamed spinach with goat cheese and dried onions. After I realized that wasn't enough for dinner, I made saffron rice with tiki masala.

I am going to have a small piece of Balsamic chicken, some Chunky's Baked potato, cheddar and bacon bits soup, and maybe a few bocconcini on the side. And Pepsi. Always gotta have the Pepsi.

They are little balls of fresh mozzarella. About as big as a cherry. I love 'em!
