Does he like me?

This guy (who I've known for years) and I started chatting at our prom and ending up spending the whole evening dancing and talking. We broke the touch barrier so many times, he fed me one of those weird flying saucer sweets (and by fed I mean shoved it in my mouth) and even sloped off to be alone at one point. I think he would've kissed me but I was too scared to initiate anything but we did hug when I left. Anyway after that we were talking non stop on snapchat and playing weird but fun question games during which he asked me questions like what's my dream date and what do I look for in guys. We talked about such random and personal stuff that we agreed either of us could tell eachother anything and we wouldn't be phased by it. At one point he suggested that we meet up and I said yes. We met up yesterday and it was awkward during the first minute but then we sat there chatting for 5 hours straight and he sat really close to me at some points. At one point he grabbed my hand to get a closer look at a scar type thing on my finger. After that we split off and he friggin fist bumped me. What the hell!? When I got home I decided to drop some hints and ask if he liked anyone which he said no to. He asked me the same question and I said no as well because I was disappointed and didn't want to let anything slip. Then today I've been kind of ignoring his random snaps (which I know he's been sending to his friends as well so it's not like I'm being an utter bitch or anything). I put something morose on my story and as soon as he saw it he sent me a message asking if I was okay and he reassured me that things would get better which was ironic because he didn't know it was about him. Bearing all this in mind...does anyone think he likes me? From an outsider's perspective I would say hell yes but it's the fact that he said he doesn't like anyone that confuses me...I'd appreciate anyone's opinion on this.
