I had simple bunion surgery starting in 2011 on both feet. Short;y after each surgery both my big toes twisted inward. Ive had multiple correction surgeries on my left foot and my right foot is still deformed. I recently was told by a surgeon he would be willing to amputate my left foot. I now walk with a limp and my quality of life is gone. I have future surgeries for my right foot. DO I HAVE A CASE?
@Darlenej,
Don't ask us; ask a medical malpractice lawyer who can (a) see you so they can see your feet and how you walk and (b ) has experience in your jurisdiction and is licensed there and (c ) might even know the doctors you're talking about.
