Told me to hit her up, then stopped texting?

So at work the other day this beautiful girl (out of my league) decided to leave me her snap chat with a cute little note on a napkin on the table I was serving her at. I later on added her and messaged her, and we went back and forth about 9 messages each. She would say stuff like "you're such a cutie pie. I've never done anything like that, but obviously it was worth it 😌." "You're very cute and your personality is like the best truly 😇." But then all of a sudden she stopped messaging me. She would look at my story but not my message. Then next day I sent another message and she replied. I then sent another message but she then read it and never replied. Was she really interested? How should I go about this? Why would she leave me a way to contact her then just shut me down?
