I am feeling dizzy and I have blurry vision after not eating for 14 days. I want to lose weight so I decided to do a water fast for 30 days.
Can you recommend some pill to take to make me feel a little better? I dont want to eat until I reach my goal. Ive seen people on youtube that did 30 days easily.

@AlexandruSmoke,
Those people are lying to you.

Go to a doctor or have someone take you. This is extremely unsafe behavior.

@AlexandruSmoke,
Go to the hospital. Get some immediate counseling. No. Seriously.

@AlexandruSmoke,
Agree with all.

This is not the way to lose weight, and it is very dangerous. People on Youtube lie.

The reason you are feeling dizzy and have blurry vision is because your body needs food. Losing weight is difficult, to do it in a healthy way you want to eat a moderate amount of healthy food (you cut out process sugar and reduce portions), and increase the amount of exercise you do. There are no shortcuts.

Eat something healthy right now. Start with a piece of fruit and some yogurt. Then go see a doctor about how you're feeling and to figure out a good diet for you going forward.

@AlexandruSmoke,
Bad youtube advice!
Cut carbo hidrates and eat fruit vegeatables and even white meat to your hearts content. I guarantee you weight will go down steadely and your will keep your health intact. What you are doing now is dangerous and later on the weight will bounce again.

I feel a little better now, What I did was I took some salt and put it in water and drank that, and that gave me a bit of energy back.
I understand this can be dangerous, but most people that try this don't die, and I lost alot of weight. I'm 150 kg and already lost 20 kg, which is huge!

The fat is melting off me! I would really like to rech 100 kg. I'm 1.80 (5"11) so at 100 kg I should be more presentable.
Again, I understand its dangerous, but it seems that I will easily achieve my goal. And I'm not that hungry either anymore, it's just that I feel so lightheaded it's crazy.

@AlexandruSmoke,
It's is your choice and your body, but what you are doing is not logical, is not healthy, and probably won't even work.

People who successfully lose weight, and keep it off, do it by making behavior changes. This means training yourself to eat healthy and to exercise. If you are not making these behavior changes, then what do you expect is going to happen when you stop this crazy fast?

You are setting yourself up for failure. What are you going to do... starve yourself every time your weight goes up again?

Why not try something sane?

You could put yourself on a reasonable healthy diet, start exercising, get yourself a supportive group of friends you will help you and accept you. This way you will lose the weight (maybe a little slower), but when you are done you will not only be healthier... but you will also have done something to train yourself to make the healthy choices that will actually make your life better.

This type of crazy fast is a short cut, a gimmick. It doesn't actually work in the long run.

@AlexandruSmoke,
Don't be surprised if you gain it back rather quickly. That's been pretty fast to modify you basic metabolic system.

@AlexandruSmoke,
You might not die, but it cause major issues with your organs. Please see some excerpts from the attached article that tells the pros and cons of fasting -

"Even if they’re technically possible, though, medical experts don’t recommend fasts of more than a day or two. Most people, including overweight people, lose some muscle mass with every pound they shed. Without glucose going to the brain, thinking becomes more difficult. Blood pressure drops, and you risk passing out.

“In the absence of getting protein and glucose from the food that you eat, you start to cannibalize the body’s protein,” explained Thomas Wadden, the director of the Center for Weight and Eating Disorders at the University of Pennsylvania. After using up the liver’s glycogen stores, the body comes for the glucose in the muscles. “You end up eating up the body’s muscle tissue,” Wadden said.

This includes the heart, which, after all, is just a large muscle. Eventually, the heart may slip out of rhythm. If the heart doesn’t fail before the fast ends, heart troubles can persist after the person starts eating again."

"...The other reason extreme dieting was discontinued as a treatment for obese people was that the majority regained most of their weight shortly after the treatment. ..."
