This is the time of year (at least in NYC) where PSAs are the most prevalent. Heck an annual radio PSA is the stupid and very unconvincing anti-insurance fraud radio ads. If someone is so desperate to commit one of these sadsack low level crimes against a $ multibillion corp, being shamed by low budget radio production isn't going to stop it. On the TV, we have the slightly higher production values (still in the realm of community access cable levels of production) of the better and well meaning Buzz Drinking is Drunk Driving campaign.
Let's mine Youtube and force feed ourselves some dog awful public service announcements. For snorts and giggles. Go back decades if you like. The worst the production the less effective ... I mean the more frustrating... um... I mean funnier...?
