Which of the following sentences is correct in describing myself?

I am small.
I am small in size.
I am small-sized.

All three are grammatical, although only the first is likely to sound natural to a native speaker.

I am neither thin nor fat. I am not too short either. Overall, I am physically small compared to the average person.
