@Midnight1,
He needs to get a lawyer and also insist on a DNA test when the baby comes. If the child is his, then he has rights in the matter, in terms of seeing his kid. If the child isn't, then he or she isn't.
But that is your ex's bed to lie in (sorry for the poor pun) and not yours.
So welcome to the real world of adulthood, where a round of sex without a condom (or with a faulty one) can end up this way. If you end up with this guy, then you get the whole package, and that means not only him but also his financial obligations to this child (if the kid turns out to be his) and a visitation schedule, the psycho rebound girl, etc.
Or you could distance yourself and understand that the chances of you having found the love of your life at age 13 are vanishingly small, and you might want to consider turning your attentions elsewhere and staying out of the drama. You have no obligations here. You are young and you are (I strongly suspect) not even giving anyone else a chance. You may find you like someone else more - and that a drama-free life is a lot more attractive.
But you won't find that other person and that drama-free life unless you cut this all loose.
