Can you whistle, wink or roll your tongue?

I can wink with either eye but
I catch more catch with
the right eye then the left which

when I roll my tongue like thunder
and whip it to and fro
I like to roll it under
but my friends all say no no

So I whistle up some vittles
and put on the pot for tea
and I wink at little Ceili
just the one for me.
