I know it is from a commercial I saw on ABC Family.The Build A Bear Commercial where the girl is going to a ballet recital.They dance to the song.

The song in the Build a Bear Dance Recital Commercial is titled, "UP, UP, UP" by Rose Falcon. I emailed Build a Bear to find out because this Fall my daughter's dance class is dancing to this song, can you believe it!
