I was wondering if anyone could identify this song for me. I know some of the lyrics, but I haven't been able to find the title anywhere. It's a song that my school's full orchestra and chorus used to do every year just before Christmas, with one teacher playing both guitar and harmonical; something unfortunate happened to him and they no longer play that song, so I'd like to know what it was.
We are the eyes and ears

We take in all we see and hear
And prepare to rejoice
I tried searching on Google; maybe the teacher wrote it him/her self?

This reminds me of Simon and Garfunkel for some reason. After reading the lyrics that posted, it does sound a little like Simon and Garfunkel. Do you know who it is by? If so, you could go to Google and start looking at lyrics by that/those people/person.
