I don't know if I can do this here (if not, I am sure I will find out).
I am hoping to find a person here to take pity on me and sell me at a reasonable price a copy of "How I Turned $1,000 into Five Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time" by: William Nickerson.
It is available online at two to three times the cover price, and that's just too much

bermbits, I have found, at least up here....That good used book stores generally have a waiting list for second hand books. You might try a few local vendors and try your luck that way.
