When I start my HVAC the breaker box starts to hum then it starts to crackle and pop. It is on a 30 amp breaker, it was just replaced with a brand new breaker and it is still doing it, what is causing it? How can I make it stop?

@sean69,
Sounds like something is grounding out or shorting in there. Get yourself an electrician before the place but burns down!

@sean69,
Could be a loose wire, could be you need a new breaker box. Only a qualified person should tell you.
