This CPS Case Seems Messed up

I'm not really understanding why our case is so unorganized. At first, the first lady who took our child, did not know anything. She couldn't tell us the first court date we found that out one day from her supervisor. When we did make it to the court date she was not ready. She couldn't find any of her paper work at first, we were not notified that we had lawyers appointed to us so we for the first time met them. Then they told us to agree with everything so that we are not delaying anything. We went through the court session and the lawyers just answered for us without even asking us about nothing. So now we get a new caseworker. She is so ready for all this that she had no paper work, she had no information cards, and no phone on her. We were told that we would have all the information for all the classes and such within a few days. A week later is when she finally began on our case for us. She canceled our first visitation with our child then she began to set all our visitations, classes, everything up in Dallas, we live in grand prairie and she was told and is aware we have no transportation and there is no buses here. So now we have to hold our new jobs, go to classes, visitation , and courts dang near taking up everyday all in the town next to us with no way there. Now today she popped up and said I will see you at the court hearing in the morning. I asked her what court date, she replied oh your lawyers didn't tell you we have court and 9 in the morning, at least i think it was nine, same place in Dallas. Our lawyers don't talk to us or answer any of our questions. There seems to be no effort in giving us back our son. The messed up part is this all started because we were flying a sign for money what the cop and cps lady never allowed us to explain is we had a job we were supposed to be leaving to Orlando Florida in two days from the day the cop pulled us over for a job at a motel working for a friend that would have been a place to live at the motel and a paycheck all we had to do is come up with a way to pay our room in grand prairie for two more days and life would have been good? I feel as though they are purposely setting us up for failure and all i want is my baby back and just am at a lose on what to do. I know no one here so all we can do is walk from grand prairie to Dallas to court, classes, drug tests and visitation. I'm so lost. Please help i'm running out of hope.
