Since I wrote this I have noticed a few commendable reviews on the UK amazon website. It appears the book has also been released in OZ now by Randomhouse.

I've read this. I bought it from Amazon in Canada. Great story. He tells it from the heart. Its violent, its disguting, its funny and its also quite sad.
A good read I thought.

I guess unless you're a little slow you can see through all the denial. The confirmation on the threads actually prove the start, the middle and the end of my story.
