How does a kid get better at arm wrestling?

I love arm wrestling, But I'm bad at it. When I was in elementary school, I was decent at it. I won most of my arm wrestles. Now, I am 12 years old, in middle school, and I rarely win. People the same weight as me beat me in about five seconds now. People weighing 10 or 20 pounds less than me beat me in about 10 seconds. Even my friend that weighs five pounds less than me and just stays home and plays video games beat me easily. I think it's because back then, my body was equally fat. Now, it's just my stomach, waist, and cheeks (they are pretty fat). My arms are skinny. I only beat kids who are 30 or more pounds less than me at my school, and I struggle. I've been trying to get better the past few weeks by doing inclined push ups (I can't do normal push ups) and some other things, but they don't really help. I've heard that weight lifting or other intense exercises at age 11 is very bad for your body. I've also tried a lot of arm wrestling strategies on the internet, but they either only help me lose slightly slower or help me get called out as a cheater (while still losing). I really love arm wrestling, but I can't have fun if I always lose. I am quite tall for my age, taller than at least 80% of my classmates. I am an above average student in school, but it is just a little above average. That is why my grammar is this good for my age. Any tips to win most of my arm wrestles, not lose most of them? The only people I beat in middle school are girls (not the jocks, though) and really small guys. Please tell me what I should do, how much I should do it, and how long must I do it in order for me to beat people my weight at arm wrestling, and maybe beat people bigger. Also, my arms and legs are thin compared to the rest of my body, which is pretty fat. If it helps, my race is full Chinese.

@DatBoiJorpan,
You need to strengthen your arm. Talk to your coach, and ask him how to work out to make your arms stronger.
Generally, you start out with light weights, say about 5 pounds, and increase it slowly. Regular exercise is the best.

@cicerone imposter,
do push ups with your fingers on the ground not your fist. Lift little things thant are a bit heavy.1 To 10. Develop your core strenth by stretching your hands in front of you, your legs shoulder-wide apart. Slowly go down and up. Also you could lie down and raise your knees to your chest. Hold on a few secounds. Practice pushing at the wall to. Do only practice once a week not every day to let your muscles develop. Ask if you need more ideas. Good luck.

@DatBoiJorpan,
Talk to your parents and tell them you want to get stronger. Ask to go to your pediatrician (yes, because you should always consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program) and find out from him or her the best exercises to strengthen your arms and also what you should be eating to fuel your workouts.

I would also suggest working on your legs, simply because better health will help you throughout life, and not just in the arm wrestling department.
