What way do Facebook work out when they decide to restrict someone's account and how long it is for? I run a legitimate business hosting events that I publicise. Yes I bump but spread out so nothing is flooding any group and certainly well over the 4 hours that most groups say. People are responding v positively and for the second time now I have been restricted from commenting or posting in groups. Last time it was 2 weeks, this time a it is a week and I have my first event within that week. They are literally gonna destroy my business!!!! Yet I get loads of spam messages on my posts offering me foreign loans or showing links to dodgy videos.

@cicerone imposter,
I read all that first time around and I still can't see what I have done wrong. All I do is post about craft events!! No videos, nothing offensive, the groups I post in are all very enthusiastic so I won't have offended anyone. There are in particular a lot of craft groups therefore a lot of posts but not enough to be considered spamming. I am genuinely concerned now about what to do regarding the last week lead up to our first event. I am already having to ask people that are going to post on my behalf.
