Mid Cycle Spotting

I have normally a cycle between 30-36 days long. In the last three months it has been 32 days each. Durring each period day one is normally mild flow, day two really heavy, amd day 3-5 mild . However with this month on day 11 i started having light spotting. Its not enough to need a tampon or a pad. Its only noticeable when i wipe. It has been continuing for 6 days now. I have taken opk and all have been negative. I dont have any other pain or unusual symptoms.
I have no clue what it could be as i have read that ovulation bleeding only lasts 1-3 days.
Ive had my pap smear less then a month ago and all was clear.
Im 32 years old and have had previous pregnancies and deliveries without any issues or complications.
Any help or suggestions would be great as id like to know if i should be worried or not.

It could also be anal bleeding (not doubting you; just offering a possibility).

But I would call the OB-GYN, just in case. There are some not so nice things which can cause odd bleeding. At least for your own peace of mind, make sure those are ruled out.
